Ingredients:
 
Fish
1kg
Garlic
1 whole
Black pepper
1tsp
Salt
1tsp
Vinegar
2tsp
Egg
1
Soya sauce
2tsp
Lemon juice½cup
Red chili1tsp
Grain flour½cup
Ajinomoto½tsp
Oregano1tsp
All spice(ground)1tsp
Oilfor frying

  • Add 1 tsp salt in vinegar and dip fish in vinegar for an hour.
  • Now wash fish carefully.
  • In lemon juice mix salt, red chili, ajinomoto, oregano, all spice, and marinate fish pieces for 2 hours.
  • Wrap fish pieces one by one in grain flour and fry on low flame.
