Spice Chicken:

Ingredients:
Chicken(boiled)	½kg
Ginger paste	1tsp
Green chilies(chopped)	2
Black Pepper	1tsp
Salt	½tsp
Ajinomoto	1tsp
Egg	1
Corn flour	½cup
Oil	for frying
Green coriander(chopped)	2tsp

Add all ingredients in chicken and mix well. Make Kababs in length or in oval shape. Roll in corn flour and then dip in beaten egg, again roll in bread crumbs and fry. Serve with chili sauce, green sauce or chili garlic sauce	Fried Fish
