Chicken Burger:

Chicken(boneless)

  • In chopper, chop onion, green chilies, garlic.
  • Now chop chicken and mint in it.
  • Mash boiled potato and add in chicken.
  • Make burger patties in shape and shallow fry.
  • Cut bun in two parts
  • Grease each part of bun, and now place a thin layer of mayonnaise.
  • Place lettuce and over it burger Pattie, over it spread tomato ketchup or chili garlic sauce..
  • Now place onions, cucumber, and tomatoes (cut in round shape) over it, and now place 2nd part of bun.
  • Serve with French fries and cold drink.

  • Mix all ingredient in chicken and marinate for ½ hour.
  • Fry chopped onion oil lightly.
  • Now add chicken in it and cook on high flame.
  • Now add julienne cut capsicum and cook for a while.
  • Spread butter on one Slice over Mayonnaise, place salad leaf and spread chicken mixture.
  • Serve with kethcup or chili garlic sauce.

  • Boil carrot, peas and potatoes.
  • In blender, blend mint, coriander, 1 green chili, salt and little water or milk and blend well.
  • Beat yogurt.
  • Add all ingredients in yogurt.
  • Cut onion and one green chili in cubes and garlic cloves in very small cubes.
  • In a pan put 1tbsp oil and add onion in it, keep fry for 1 minute, now add garlic and chilies and let it fry for a while.
  • Pour this over yogurt.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of crush red round chilies.

  • Mix vinegar, chilies and garlic for an hour.
  • Cut 2 garlic cloves in very small cubes and now press this with any hard thing so it becomes more soft.
  • In a pan put oil and fry garlic for a while
  • Now in blender, blend vinegar, chilies 10 garlic cloves and tomatoes.
  • Now put this in a pan and cook, when it becomes thick add garlic in it and cook for a while.
  • Put in a jar and store in refrigerator

  • In a pan put ½cup oil, water, meat, onion, garlic, tomatoes, red round chilies, salt and pepper and let it cook until meat boil.
  • Now put oil in a separate pan and fry meat in it.
  • Let other ingredients in separate pan and cook well.
  • Now mix all in a pan and cook for 3-5 minutes until oil seems over.

  • In a pan put ½cup and fry one onion and cut one onion in round shape and keep it aside.
  • Add garlic paste and fry for a while.
  • Now put meat and add water and let it cook until tenderize.
  • Now add cut tomatoes, ginger paste, green chilies, 1 cup yogurt and cook until mix all ingredients.
  • Now put it in serving bowl, sprinkle onions on sides of bowl, pour yogurt on it.
  • Burn a coal on fire.
  • Place coal on piece of bread and place it center of bowl, pour 1tbsp oil over coal and cover bowl to remain smoke inside.
  • After a while remove coal, garnish with julienne ginger, green chilies and
    coriander.

  • Heat oil, and fry onion until pink
  • Fry ginger/garlic paste for 2 minutes
  • Add meat and fry for a while and then add red pepper, salt, nihari masala and cook for 5-10 minutes
  • Add 2-3 jug of water and let it cook for 2-3 hours
  • Now mix flour and fine flour in water and mix in nihari gradually.
  • Now let it cook for half hour.
  • Now take half cup oil in a pan and fry a cut onions and pour it over nihari
  • Serve with julienne garlic, corriander, green chillies and with lemon.
