- In food processor grind oats.
- Now add sugar and grind add maida and process.
- Aadd water into it and process.
- Now put this mixture in a bowl and mix with hand.
- Now place it on butter paper and cover with another butter paper and press with a roller.
- Now take a rectangle baking pan and put mixture in it. Remove 2nd butter paper and press it.
- Bake for 20 minutes in pre heated oven.
Caramel Filling:

|
- Mix all ingredients of caramel in a pan and cook on low flame.
- Filling should be thick.
- Cut dark and white chocolate and put in microwave for a minute.
- Now spread caramel over base. Caramel should not hot.
- Now spread melted chocolate.
- Let it cold and cut in bars to serve
