Orange Cake:

Ingredients:

Butter	3/4cup
Maida	1½cup
Baking soda	½tsp
Egg	3
Sugar	1cup
Marmalade	2tbsp
Orange essence	½tsp
Orange Juice	1/3cup
Walnut	½cup

Mix maida, baking soda and strain. In a bowl beat butter and add sugar gradually and beat it. In butter add egg one by one and beat. Now add maida slowly and beat. Mix orange juice, and then Orange essence. At the end add walnut. Grease cake pan and put cake batter in pan and bake in pre-heated oven for 35-40 minutes.
