Mango Jam:
Ingredients:
Ripe Mangoes
1kg
Sugar
1cup
Water
As desired
Tatric Acid
A pinch
Recipe:

Peel mangoes and cut in cubes.
In steel sauce pan boil mangoes until tender.
Now add sugar in mangoes and cook until water dry and batter becomes thick
Add tatric acid if you want to preserve jam.
You may also add mangoes in very small cubes, add in jam while cooking extra than mention in ingredients
