Mango Jam:


Jam

Ingredients:
Ripe Mangoes
1kg
Sugar
1cup
Water
As desired
Tatric Acid
A pinch

Recipe:Related Recipes:
  • Peel mangoes and cut in cubes.
  • In steel sauce pan boil mangoes until tender.
  • Now add sugar in mangoes and cook until water dry and batter becomes thick
  • Add tatric acid if you want to preserve jam.

  • You may also add mangoes in very small cubes, add in jam while cooking extra than mention in ingredients
