Mango Mousse

Mango Mousse:



Ingredints for Mousse:

Mango pulp
1½cup
Whipped cream
500mg
Mango Jelly
2 Packs
Water
½ cup

Recipe:Related Recipes:
  • In a pan mix mango pulp, jelly and water, and cook on low flame.
  • Keep stir, do not cook too much
  • Place it for few minutes to cold
  • Now add cream in it.

Ingredints for Pie:

Maida
250gm
Eggs
2
Butter
125gm

  • In a bowl mix maida and butter well.
  • Now add eggs in it and knead.
  • Keep in refrigerator for ½hour.
  • Now stroll it with press roller.
  • Place it in pie plate.
  • Bake in pre-heated oven for 15-20 min at 200C.
  • Now place mango mousse on pie and keep in refrigerator.
You may serve mousse in seperate glasses, spread little cream over it to garnish.
