Ingredients:
Chicken(boneless)

Potatoes
½kg
Salt
1tsp
Ajinomoto
1tsp
Black pepper
½tsp
White pepper
½tsp
Soya sauce

Recipe:Related Recipes:
  • In chopper, chop boneless chicken.
  • Mash boiled potatoes.
  • Take little milk so that bread slices dip in milk.
  • Now add all ingrediants in chicken.
  • Mix slices in chicken.
  • Make cylinder shape.
  • Now wrap in maida or corn flour.
  • Dip in beaten egg.
  • Now wrap in bread crumbs.
  • Fry in low flame.

  • In chopper, chop fresh slices.
  • Now chop all ingrediants except slices finely.
  • At the end add slices.
  • Now place little maida at slabe and place chicken over it and spread.
  • Make shape according to you choice.
  • Cover with maida+corn flour.
  • Dip in beaten egg.
  • Cover with bread crumbs and fry.
  • Serve with ketchup or chili garlic sauce.

Remaining Ingrediants:

  • Mix all ingredient in chicken and marinate for ½ hour.
  • Fry chopped onion oil lightly.
  • Now add chicken in it and cook on high flame.
  • Now add julienne cut capsicum and cook for a while.
  • Spread butter on one Slice over Mayonnaise, place salad leaf and spread chicken mixture.
  • Serve with kethcup or chili garlic sauce.

  • Mix salt, mustard powder or paste, pepper in chicken and fry in half butter for a while.
  • Place little amount of butter on slice and heat for a while.
  • Now on one slice layer chicken, place 2nd slice and layered with eggs and tomatoes and cabbage and place 3rd slice.
  • Serve with french fries.

  • Now keep it in refrigator for an hour.
  • Now mix all ingrediants of batter.
  • Make burger patties and dip in batter.
  • Batter should not be thick.
  • Now mix maida & baking powder and wrap each patti in it.
  • Shallow fry on low flame

Ingrediants for Chutni: 
Coriander, mint

  • Cut chicken in cubes.
  • In yogurt mix garlic, ginger past, sal, black pepper and dodi mirch.
  • Now marinate chicken with yogurt.
  • After 2 hrs cook chicken, don’t add water in it.
  • Now steam with burning coal in it.
  • Knead maida and make Paratha of  maida.
  • Place layer of chicken, then layer of tomato, cucumber and onions and last layer of Chatni.
  • Now roll it and wrap in foil paper or butter paper.
  • Serve with salad.
  • Chatni:
  • Blend corriander, mint, lemon juice, garlic and green chillies in blender.
