Khubani ki Chatni:

Ingredients:
Dry Khubani (chopped)	1 cup
Brown sugar	1 cup
Ginger	1tsp
Raisins	½ cup
Whole spice	1tsp
Vinegar	1cu
Salt	1tsp
Water	2cup

In a steel sauce pan, add all ingrediant and cook. In start flame should be hight, but after a boil cook on low flame. Mix with spoon. Cook for ½ hour. Mix and let it cold. Store in refrigerator.	Vegetable Raita
