- Wash rice, and put in water for 15 minutes.
- Put milk in a pan, and let it boil for a while.
- Put rice in it and let it boil until rice become tender.
- Now with hand beater mix rice in milk so that rice will mix in milk.
- Now add sugar and let it cook so that water of sugar will dry.
- Put Kheer in a bowl and now garnish with crushed almonds and pistachio.
