Tomato Ketchup

Tomato Ketchup:

Ingredients:
 
Tomato
1kg
Water
1glass
Red chili
1tsp
salt
½tsp
All spice
1tsp
Vinegar
6tbsp
Sugar
as taste
Onion1
Garlic6pc

Recipe:Related Recipes:
  • Cut tomatoes in 2 or 3 pieces and boil in water.
  • When tomatoes tenderize then blend it and strain.
  • Place onion, garlic and all spice in a cloth and tie up, put this cloth in tomatoes.
  • Mix all other ingredients in it and let it cook.
  • When it become thick and onion become tenderize then replace cloth from ketchup and let it cold.
  • You can add more sugar or vinegar to make ketchup more sweet or sour according to your taste.
  • If you want to preserve ketchup then mix sodium benzoate (1/8tsp) and citric acid (1/4tsp) in cold ketchup and mix in ketchup and cook for a minute.
