Chicken Corn Soup

Chicken Corn Soup:

Ingredients:
 
Chicken
½kg
Corn(boiled)
½cup
Eggs
2
Chinese Salt
1tsp
Salt
to taste
Soya sauce
to taste
Corn flour
½cup
Chili sauceas taste
Vinegaras taste

  • Boil chicken in 12 cup water so that it remain 6 cup.
  • Shred chicken, and strain chicken starch.
  • Add corn in starch and let it boil. Add salt and Chinese salt also.
  • Now add chicken in soup.
  • Beat eggs and mix in soup slowly.
  • Mix corn flour in water and add in chicken soup, keep moving soup with a utensil.
  • Serve with red chili sauce, vinegar and soya sauce.
