Ingredients for Topping:
 
Chicken(boneless)
½kg
Garlic
1pc
Onion(cut thin piece)

Lemon juice
2tbsp
Salt
as taste
Red round chili(crushed)
1tsp
Origano
½tsp
Capsicum, tomato, onions(cut in slices)
as required for topping
Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese100gm
Chili sauceas taste
Green Chili4
Ingredients for Dough:
 
Fine flour (maida)
3 cups
Instant Yeast1tsp
Sugar1tsp
Salt½tsp
Pizza Sauce: 
Oil2-3tbsp
Tomatoes½kg
Origano½tsp
Sugar1tsp
Garlic1pc
Salt½tsp

Dough:
  • In a bowl put Luke warm water, add yeast, 2 pinch of fine flour, 1 pinch of sugar and let it mix.
  • After 5-10 minutes bubbles will be prominent in it.
  • Now in 3 cup fine flour add salt, sugar and yeast and knead to a soft form.
  • Cover it for minimum 2 hours or as it rise to its double size.
    Pizza Sauce:
  • Fry garlic, then add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients, cook until tomatoes tenderize.
  • Now blend in blender.
    Filling:
  • Dip green chilies in vinegar for 2 hours.
  • Heat oil and add onion and garlic and fry it.
  • Now fry chicken, add lemon juice.
  • Mix remaining ingredients and cook.
  • Now make Roti of dough (dough is enough for 3 Roti).
  • Spread Pizza sauce, then spread chicken.
  • Add mozzarella & Cheddar cheese.
  • Sprinkle crushed red round chili, oregano, chili sauce, pickled green chilies.
  • Place capsicum, onions, tomatoes’ slices.
  • Sprinkle cheese again.
  • Bake in pre-heated oven for 10 minutes at 240C.
