Parti Parathay:

Ingredients:

Flour	½kg
Maida	¼kg
Ghee	2tbsp
Water	as needed
Salt	as taste

Mix flour, Maida and salt. Knead with water and keep in refrigerator for ½ an hour. Now make 6 or 8 flour balls (perray) with this flour. Now press roll each ball with press roller. Place little flour and spread little oil/ghee on each roti and place other on it and press from corner and centre, so that it make one roti with these 6-8. Now roll it and cut from centre. Now cut each from centre, and again with remaining part so it become 8 flour balls (perray). Press each roll and cook as simple parathas.
