Khattay Aalu:
Ingredients:
Potatoes
½kg
Imli(pulp)
as taste
Ajwaeen
¼tsp
Tez paat
1pc
Red round chili

Cut potatoes in cubes.
Add salt and haldi in water and boil potatoes in it.
In a pan fry ajwaeen, tez paat, zeera and red chilies for a while.
Now add potatoes and pulp in it and move for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle green coriander and green chilies and serve with parti paratha.
