Club Sandwich:

Ingrediants:
Chicken(boiled)
1cup
Butter
3/4cup
Eggs

Tomato, cabbage

Salt
½tsp
Mustard powder/paste
½tsp
Black pepper
½tsp

  • Mix salt, mustard powder or paste, pepper in chicken and fry in half butter for a while.
  • Place little amount of butter on slice and heat for a while.
  • Now on one slice layer chicken, place 2nd slice and layered with eggs and tomatoes and cabbage and place 3rd slice.
  • Serve with french fries.

Chili Sandwich:

Ingrediants for Chicken:
Chicken boneless
½ kg
Garlic/Ginger paste
1tsp
Whole red chili(crushed)
1tsp
Salt
1tsp
Chili Garlic sauce
1tbsp
Ketchup
3tbsp
Lemon juice
1tbsp
Remaining Ingrediants:
Oil
2tbsp
Onion(chopped)
1
Butter
as required
Mayonnaise
as required
Bread Slice

  • Mix all ingredient in chicken and marinate for ½ hour.
  • Fry chopped onion oil lightly.
  • Now add chicken in it and cook on high flame.
  • Now add julienne cut capsicum and cook for a while.
  • Spread butter on one Slice over Mayonnaise, place salad leaf and spread chicken mixture.
  • Serve with kethcup or chili garlic sauce.
