Cake:

Ingredients:

Oil	3/4cup
Maida	1cup
Baking Powder	1tsp
Vanilla essence	½tsp
Egg	3
Sugar	3/4cup
Yellow food color	a pinch

Mix maida, baking powder and food color and strain. In a bowl beat eggs with beater, beat well so they should fluffy Add sugar and beat well as it dissolve. Add Oil and beat again. Now add maida in mixture, slowly and gradaully,(not all at once). Beater should be on slow speed now. At the end add vanilla essence. Grease cake pan and put cake batter into pan and bake in pre-heated oven for 35-40 minutes. Tip: You can bake cake in pressure cooker also.	Chocolate Bar
