Lab-e Shireen:

Ingredients:

Milk	1 kg
Sugar	¾ cup (or as taste)O
Corn Flour	2tbsp
Cream	¼ kg
Bananas	4
Apple	2
Grapes	1 bunch
Cruched almonds, pistachio & walnut	1 cup
Raisins	Few piece
Jelly (green, red, yellow)
Colored Vermicelli (Sawayan)	½ cup

Make 3 (or 2) colors of jellies separately(not full pack but ½ or ¼ as desired or taste), and cut in cubes Boil milk add sugar in it and let it boil for a while In a bowl take ½ cup cold milk mix corn flour in it and put in hot milk gradually and mix well. Cook for a while until thick. Now let it cold, and then add cream. Now put fresh fruit and vermicelli in it. Add dry fruit and mix lightly. At the end add jellies in it. Let it cold in refrigerator.
