Dry Fruit Cake:

Ingredients:

Butter	¼cup
Maida	½cup
Baking Powder	½tsp
Chop Walnut	¼cup
Chop dates	½cup
Chop dry apricot	½cup
Cinnamon powder	¼tsp
Vanilla essence	½tsp
Egg	1
Oil	2tbsp

Melt butter on low flame, and add cinnamon powder, oil, beat with hand beater. After a boil add walnuts, dates, apricot, and mix with hand beater. Now remove from flame and add vanilla essence. After a while place on flame again and put beated egg in mixture and mix well. Now remove from heat and add Maida, baking powder and mix slowly and gradually. Now grease cake pan and place this batter in it and bake for 20 minutes in pre-heat oven.	Chocolate Cake
