- Place Daal in milk and keep it over night or minimum 4 hrs.
- Now cook and let it liquate .
- Chop it in Chopper.
- Now in a pan, put ghee and cardamom seeds and place on low flame.
- Now add daal in it and cook, now add sugar, cook as ghee come out from it.
- Now add khoya in it.
- Serve it with cut almonds and pistachio.
- Tip: cook daal chana carefully, due to danger of burn of daal.
