Chicken Corn Soup:

Ingredients:
Chicken	½kg
Corn(boiled)	½cup
Eggs	2
Chinese Salt	1tsp
Salt	to taste
Soya sauce	to taste
Corn flour	½cup
Chili sauce	as taste
Vinegar	as taste

Boil chicken in 12 cup water so that it remain 6 cup. Shred chicken, and strain chicken starch. Add corn in starch and let it boil. Add salt and Chinese salt also. Now add chicken in soup. Beat eggs and mix in soup slowly. Mix corn flour in water and add in chicken soup, keep moving soup with a utensil. Serve with red chili sauce, vinegar and soya sauce.	Hot & Sour Soup
