Parti Parathay:


Parathy
Ingredients:
Flour
½kg
Maida
¼kg
Ghee
2 tbsp
Water
as needed
Salt
as taste

Recipe:Links:
  • Mix flour, Maida and salt.
  • Knead with water and keep in refrigerator for ½ an hour.
  • Now make 6 or 8 flour balls (perray) with this flour.
  • Now press roll each ball with press roller.
  • Place little flour and spread little oil/ghee on each roti and place other on it and press from corner and centre, so that it make one roti with these 6-8.
  • Now roll it and cut from centre.
  • Now cut each from centre, and again with remaining part so it become 8 flour balls (perray).
  • Press each roll and cook as simple parathas.
